WHAT THE PEOPLE OF THE UNITED STATES AND THE WORLD LOOKS AT THE SECOND TERM OF PRESIDENT OBAMA.

We assume that the Democrats and Republicans reach deal to extend tax cuts for taxpayers with incomes below U.S. $ 250,000.00 as a means to achieve the reduction of the "tax gap".

* To restore the Glass Steagall Act, enacted by the Administration Franklin D. Roosevelt, who at the time said: "I prefer to rescue those who produce the food that they produce misery." Law that governed June to November of 1.979 1.933 and whose repeal gave way to the recent crisis of 2,008.

 * To Negotiate with banks and other financial institutions, a plan to amend the mortgage, based on the actual price of the property, with a preferential interest rate and terms established according to the convenience of credit users.

* To suspend evictions and processes however, decreeing a moratorium on debts of all kinds, to relieve workers of charge, which in the current circumstances are not able to comply, as was done for financial sector bailout with taxpayer funds.

* To increase public works programs to absorb more labor, is conducive to the opening of micro and small enterprises and develop new scientific and technological processes for production projects in agriculture, industry and trade.

* To encourage the development of new technologies and alternative energy projects in different areas of the economy.

* It is necessary to modernize and cheaper public transport and communication and encourages the development of the arts in all its forms.

* To create scholarships and programs to train people of all ages in the various fields of knowledge.

* Let the savings resulting from cuts in arms spending and end the war spending to increase the amount of pensions to retirees and strengthening the Medicare and Medicaid budget.

* To complete the process of peacebuilding begun, both internally and externally, creating brigades intensifying assistance to address emergencies in support of the people themselves and the other countries in need.

* To implement strict control over the production, marketing and possession of weapons of all types and promote the necessary reforms in the educational system, by adopting policies to abolish the culture of violence that pollutes the environment and the mentality of the population, especially young people.

* The concrete initiatives to promote the creation of states of Israel and Palestine, in compliance with the resolutions adopted by the United Nations and ratified by the General Assembly repeatedly according to the borders defined in 1947.

* It is necessary to lift the embargo imposed on the people of Cuba as a starting point for the inauguration of a new era of harmonious relations between the U.S. and the world.

* To promote initiatives aimed at restructuring the United Nations to realize their democratization, starting confer binding to General Assembly resolutions adopted by majority and appoint the Security Council as the executing agency.
