Given the intransigent positions of congressional Republicans, the question arises: why did not assume the same attitude opposite to the irresponsibility and waste of President Bush, who finished with a surplus that President Clinton let, and increased the foreign debt of U.S. $ 862.000 million to U.S. $ 14,392,451 million = (566.33%), to finance their wars and cut taxes for the wealthy.
What happens if the U.S. fails to fulfill its payment commitments?
Easy: would be a good example for the rest of the world.
